We also guide you in setting up your first estimate and estimating the first few items. In addition to the training and support services, the onboarding service ensures a smooth transition for your team. Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident using the software and can quickly start realizing its benefits.

Yes. The account owner can upgrade or downgrade the subscription directly through their profile with our self-serve options.

If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your account will be deactivated. Please note that partial refunds for unused time are not provided. Your data will be retained for 60 days in case you decide to reactivate your subscription. After the 60-day period, your data will be subject to permanent deletion. We recommend exporting any necessary reports before canceling to avoid data loss.
