How does the pre-launch offer work?
The pre-launch offer gives you a unique opportunity to reserve a subscription for BidBow's new cloud-based solution at an exclusive early bird price.

The new BidBow cloud solution was built from the ground up on a modern technology stack, while also being a mature, validated solution built out of 40+ years of experience and has the backing of a battle-tested desktop application. Read more about our story and history.
When will the product launch? Can I use the software before launch?
The estimated launch timeline is March 2025.

If you sign up for our pre-launch program, you will be given priority to join our beta program and can start using the software from now.
How can I decide if the software is the right fit for me before signing up?
You can schedule a demo to meet with a member of our team. We will be happy to discuss your needs, and walk-through a demo to help you make an informed decision.
If I sign up for the pre-launch offer, when will my credit card be charged? Can I cancel my pre-launch sign up?
Your credit card will only be charged when the software is launched. You will receive communication before launch confirming the date that your subscription will start. If you change your mind before that date and do not wish to proceed, you can let us know and we will cancel your sign up. We do require the credit card as a way to qualify serious interest and ensure the delivery of timely services and support to all our customers.
Can I change my plan after launch? 
You can change your plan, but you will be subject to post-launch pricing as the pre-launch pricing will not be available for new subscriptions. To get the best early bird price, we recommend selecting the right plan that best corresponds with the number of users you anticipate you will need.
Does each user require a seat?
Yes, each user requires a seat. Your company administrator can reassign a seat from one user account to another, such as when the original user no longer needs to use the software or leaves the organization. Having separate user accounts allows you to track activity, assign roles and permissions, maintain credential security, and data integrity. It also ensures compliance with our Terms & Conditions, which prohibit account credential sharing. Violations of these terms may result in service suspension.
What is the onboarding service?
Our onboarding service is designed to help you get the most out of our software quickly. It includes a personalized setup process where our team guides you through configuring your account, adding users, and customizing settings to fit your business needs. We also guide you in setting up your first estimate and estimating the first few items. In addition to the training and support services, the onboarding service ensures a smooth transition for your team. Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident using the software and can quickly start realizing its benefits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription at any time?
The account owner can upgrade or downgrade the subscription directly through their profile with our self-serve options.
Upgrades: When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately, and any proration of fees is automatically handled. A summary of charges, including proration, will be displayed before you confirm the change.
Downgrades: For downgrades, the change happens immediately unless it results in a refund. If a refund is due, you'll continue to have access to your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your account will be deactivated. Please note that partial refunds for unused time are not provided. Your data will be retained for 60 days in case you decide to reactivate your subscription. After the 60-day period, your data will be subject to permanent deletion. We recommend exporting any necessary reports before canceling to avoid data loss.
Are there any setup fees or hidden fees? 
No, there are no setup or hidden fees. The price you see during checkout is exactly what you'll pay, with no additional or unexpected charges.
